NBFCs in India including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sundaram Home Finance, Standard Chartered, HDFC, ICICI

Bank etc.
Since inception, we have syndicated and onboarded more than Rs 600 crores of secured portfolio across our

Institutional Partners and serviced more than 400 deals. At MUP, we have a diverse team of professionals with
a consolidated lending experience in excess 100 years in banking. Our core USP is the fact that we source,
structure, underwrite risk suggestions and conclude documentation for each and every deal onboarded - which
makes our proposition a "One of its Kind" option in the country. Our core financial solutions are Realty Funding,

Home Equity, Home Loans and Working Capital Requirements.

Aatma Capital

Our Vision: To be the most sophisticated lender

Aatma Capital, is our latest venture in the financial services industry. Aatma is our start-up NBFC focused
entirely on lending to the domestic Self-Employed Business market. In this venture, we are exploring the

possibility of enabling a Block-Chain based lending solution by working with State Governments and
Institutional lenders. The venture in its proposed shape, would be the first Hybrid End to End Lending
Management business in India using smart contracts, artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies

as levers in decision making and financing,

Aatma Dignity

Our Vision: To impact a million deserving lives

Aatma Dignity is our CSR initiative where our mission is to positively impact at least a million lives in the five
years. Here we work closely with the various arms of our society be it public schools, NGOs, homes for the

underprivileged, etc. to enhance their quality of life and integrate them into the mainstream social fabric as
ordinary citizens with a dignified state of existence.

We are head quartered in Chennai and operate out of satellite offices at Singapore, London, Dubai, Malaysia &
Africa.
