DVS Advisors is an International Professional Services firm offering a range of Tax, Legal, Risk and M&A advisory services for
domestic and global business of all sizes. Founded in 2007, we have won the confidence of several leading corporates, including
Fortune 500 companies and have been their partner of choice for customized tax, international tax, FEMA and business advisory
solutions. Our core areas of research and expertise revolve around Domestic & International Taxation and allied Corporate and
Forex Laws. We focus on designing and delivering solutions which are practical, business specific and more importantly
implementable. Over the past 13 years of our existence, we have successfully partnered with medium to large enterprises from over
40 countries across industry verticals ranging from the farm sector to IT, ITES, Banking, Logistics, Mining, Auto Ancillary, Telecom,
etc.

We strongly believe that research is the foundation for innovative and comprehensive solutions. As a policy, we dedicate more than

simplicity. As a culture, we encourage our members to proactively engage in identifying areas for potential research and development
of subject expertise.

Aatma Capital & Managed Services, a contemporary NBFC with an active secured debt & syndication practice, was set up with a
vision to revolutionise the industry in India. The core focus is to offer a seamless and personalised borrowing experience to our
SME clients and a reliable on-boarding option to our Institutional Partners - be it realty funding, home equity or working capital
requirements. Today, we partner with some of the leading banks and NBFCs in India including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sundaram
Home Finance, Standard Chartered, HDFC, ICICI Bank, etc. At Aatma, we have a diverse team of professionals with a
consolidated lending experience in excess of 150 years.

Aatma Dignity
Aatma Dignity is our CSR initiative where our mission is to positively impact at least a million lives in the first five years. Here we
work closely with various arms of our society, be it public schools, NGOs or homes for the underprivileged, to enhance their
quality of life and integrate them into the mainstream social fabric as any other citizens with a dignified state of existence.
